A solid, basic spiralizer with retro charm – a good all rounder for beginners and veterans alike.
This is Lurch’s basic spiralizer offering, that being said it is by no means a pushover compared to it’s more advanced rivals. It’s slightly bigger and had more of an old-school look than the Attila Hildmann special edition, it does however still perform excellently and creates just as good spaghetti, noodles, spirals or slices using three blades similar to those found on the Attila Hildmann model.
It also similarly has incredibly convenient drawers for storing the blades and solid suction pads to keep the unit secure when in use. This makes it just and intuitive to use as the Attila Hildmann model and a great option whether you are a beginner of have been spiralizing for a while!
A further interesting point to this model is the washable, removable base – this is nice and convenient in keeping this spiralizer clean. That being said apart from the base the rest of the unit is not collapsible which may be a consideration if you have a smaller kitchen with less storage space.
